Along with the experience of having worked in a large law firm, I am able to provide my clients with the personal and genuine approach a small firm provides. I intentionally focus on a small number of cases in which I strongly believe my clients have been injured and deserve justice. Unlike a lot of firms, I do not take cases with the hope of settling quickly. Instead, I devote the time necessary to fully understand all aspects of the case and prepare the case for trial. Many other law firms follow the opposite approach by taking on a large number of cases with the expectation that the case will settle so they don’t thoroughly prepare the case for trial. Because my focus is on winning at trial, I believe the settlements I obtain are larger than if the case had not been prepared for trial. In every situation, I strive to give my clients the same advice I would give my family and friends.
