Construction Defects

Young Family v. Home Builder

A young family hired a home builder to build them a custom home. During walk-through at completion of the home, the builder promised to repair several problems which were identified but none of those repairs were done. In their first year in the home, the house began to leak at the doors, an upstairs shower leaked into the living room below, a sewer smell developed throughout the home, and the stained concrete floors began to develop a significant crack down the center of the home. After the young family was forced to sue the home builder, the home builder sued several of his subcontractors.  Following extensive discovery, a confidential global settlement was reached.

Kris is an amazing attorney with impeccable character and intellect. I’ve worked with several attorneys professionally, but none had Kris’ passion. As his client I can attest that he gives you 100% and fights all the way to the end. My particular case spanned several years and involved a large amount of information. Kris was able to sort through this information and get to the facts that mattered, prepare a well-organized case, and argue it with intensity and flawless execution. Thank you Kris.
