Proven Experience.

When selecting an attorney many potential clients want to hear about experience and see details about the results in prior cases.  For cases which go to trial, this information is typically public record and can be discussed openly.  However, the vast majority of cases settle before trial and the settlement agreement almost always includes a confidentiality provision which prevents disclosure of the amount of the settlement.  All that can be disclosed is that the case settled or that it settled to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.  Cases often settle because a defendant has decided they do not want to risk allowing a jury to decide how much they should pay to the party they have injured or damaged.

Select a link below to read through some of my actual cases organized by the type of case.  I have provided as much detail as I am legally allowed to, but you will likely see a case that is similar, in some way, to your situation.
