Documents and Expectations

When you first meet with me for your Free Case Evaluation, it is important to bring any documentation that helps to explain your case. This could include collision reports, contracts, pictures, physical products, medical statements, or anything you believe could be relevant or helps tell your story. However, the most important task is to prepare the history of your case by writing down what has happened so you can explain it clearly. These activities will help our meeting be productive and allow more time to discuss the merits of the case and recommended next steps.

The Relationship

I believe in working every case as though it will go to trial even though statistically most cases settle prior to a trial. But this is what sets the Ledford Law Firm apart. Some law firms take on more clients than they can handle and work cases as though they will all settle. Unfortunately for their clients, this mentality results in less effective litigation and results.  I believe in working cases with the goal of winning at trial. As a result, I am prepared to get the best outcome through a settlement or trial.
